Description

This modern and stylish 3 bedroom, duplex penthouse is situated in the beautifully maintained complex of Alto Miraflores. This gated complex has garage parking and offers a communal pool with sun loungers and shades. There is also a childrens pool. The apartment offers a large, stylish lounge and dining area with comfortable leather sofas, large flat screen TV and WiFi and direct access to private terrace with glass curtains so you can enjoy the magnificent views even in the cooler months. The views from both this terrace and the extensive roof terrace are incomparable, from the golf fairway directly below down to the coast and over to North Africa.

Also on this main floor you will find a fully fitted kitchen and two bedrooms, one has double bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace as well as a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and there is a second bathroom.

Stairs lead up to the second floor where you will find the main master bedroom which is spacious and has vaulted ceilings fitted wardrobes and both a king sized bed as well as a second 'day bed' which can become a further double.There Is a full bathroom with both bath and walk in shower. Through the large terrace doors leads you out onto the impressive roof terrace which measures approx 160 m2 fitted with 2 BBQ's sun loungers etc.

The whole property benefits both WIfi and AC and heating throughout.

Enter the apartment into the spacious lounge/diner and enjoy the view through the floor to ceiling patio doors, allowing light to illuminate the room. The lounge is fitted with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining table and chairs for 6. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility room.

The vibrant urbanization of Riviera del Sol is situated right on the coast between Fuengirola and Marbella. The area is a great place for all ages and within the urbanization you will find something for everyone. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gym, tennis club and an 18 hole golf course. There is a sports centre and health club with tennis, bowls and pool. Two commercial centres and the spectacular beach offering many water sports is just a short walk away.

Close by is the charming Port of Cabopino with its exclusive yachts and many bars and restaurants overlooking the port.

To the west is Marbella and Puerto Banus with is designer shops and a chance to rub shoulders with the rich and famous on almost a daily basis in the many bars and nightclubs there.

“Spacious, modern and well equipped”

Best accommodation we have stayed in, and have stayed in quite a few. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Quiet area with great views over the golf course. Large pool with lots of sun loungers which wasn't very busy at any time. Great roof-top terrace with lots of space, sun loungers, table and chairs, 2 barbeques. A second balcony also with table and chairs to watch the sun set! Lovely beaches in the area. We had a car for getting around as the property is quite a distance from the main centre and is all uphill going back to the apartment. A very pleasant stay and we will be back.
