Lovely 2-Storey House in Ideal and Peaceful Location, only 30 Meters from the Seaside, Sleeps up to 6 Adults and 4 Children !

Villa Mela is a lovely 2 level house, built 30 meters by the seaside, with a background of pine and olive trees and views to an amazing sunset. Access from the main road is very easy, but noise is something you will forget completely, once you get there and start enjoying nature. The relaxing sound of the sea, the tense smell of pine and olive trees, compose the ideal scenery for the a dream vacation.

Interior

Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a shower.

First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (one has air conditioning) and 1 with a one and a half bed (pull out bed, can sleep up to 2 children). Next to the children’s bedroom there is one more living room with a sofa bed and one more bed right next to it (this is also equipped with air conditioning). One more bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and a room with a washing machine and a dryer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
