High, vaulted ceilings, cabin-style decorations and natural light flooding from wall-to-wall windows above the balcony door welcomes you upon entering your Bigfork home-away-from-home.

Step inside the open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, which features large countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. Bar seating at the counter helps you collaborate with your travel companions while preparing fresh, home-cooked meals!

The dinette area flows freely into the spacious living room, where comfortable leather seating surrounds a gas fireplace and flat-screen cable TV - one of 3 throughout the unit, all supplied with DVD players.

In the morning, head out to the balcony with a cup of coffee and spend your early hours on the glider bench, watching sailboats coast across the bay before embarking on your daily adventures.

Walk right down the community pathway to reach the resort conference center, which features a Tiki bar, a dockside grill, a heated pool and 2 hot tubs for an additional fee. Grab a poolside drink and spend your afternoon lounging underneath the sun.

Marina Cay also boasts an upscale restaurant and lounge within the facilities. Return after a day of fun and enjoy a convenient evening meal before heading back to your condo and calling it a night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
