Description

Located on one of the most exclusive beachfront properties in the Greater Victoria area, Points West Oceanfront Resort's Ocean Point House provides modern West Coast contemporary accommodation with a large private patio, balcony and hot tub.

Ocean Point House features oceanfront living and dining areas on two spacious floors, with new contemporary furnishings throughout, including leather sectionals and flat screen TVs with HD cable TV, BluRay and high speed WIFI.

The main level features a full kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), quartz counter tops, and a living area with wood stove. The master bedroom features a memory foam king size bed. A private deck overlooks the ocean.

The lower level features 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a full kitchenette and a living area with gas fireplace. Step out onto the patio and enjoy the private hot tub, or prepare dinner on the gas BBQ.

Stroll the grounds, and just steps from the patio, access the private beach and enjoy outdoor activities like snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and surfing.

Free WiFi and local calls. Gas BBQ provided.

Ocean Point House is conveniently located, an hour from downtown Victoria, and the Victoria Airport. The cities of Vancouver and Seattle are an easy commute by plane or ferry.

'felt like staying in a boutique hotel - it is beautifully decorated, with brand new tv, kitchen etc in an elegant style. We loved our stay here and ended up extending by several nights as it was so comfortable. The view from the property is over the Juan de Fuca strait and Olympic mountains in the distance, and it was fantastic having our own beach at the end of the garden, along with private hot tub looking out over the ocean.'

Why can't I call Philip (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philip (the owner) a message.

If Philip (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
