Description

The Beach House on Shuswap lake is a deluxe waterfront house on a private child-friendly beach

3 bedrooms with private access doors opening to a 1500 square foot patio leading to a private beach, new dock, swim dock and buoy for tying up your boat.

Unlike other area's of the Shuswap

******This is a totally mosquito free area******

Enjoy spectacular views of Copper Island and Shuswap Lake from your living room and bedroom windows as well as walking along the beach of Blind Bay, or just sitting around the campfire for those evening marshmallow roasts and sing-a-longs.

After a busy day of water sports have fun playing some outdoor ping pong or relax and enjoy the gas fireplace watching TV or our selection of movies or just listening to the stereo while playing your favorite board games.

The Beach House amenities includes Full Kitchen with all cookware, utensils, toaster, blender, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, 1 King, 2 Queens with bedding. TV's DVD, stereo system, board games, barbecue, gas fireplace and beach fire pit.

We are located on Blind Bay in the Shuswap, surrounded by the Okanagan and Cariboo Valley; we are 40 min east of Sunpeaks and Kamloops, 20 min west of Salmon Arm and 40 min south east of Silver Star and Vernon in beautiful British Columbia.

Whether it's Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter there is always something to do in the Shuswap. Spring through Fall offers Water skiing, Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Golfing, Hiking, Mountain biking, Whitewater rafting, Horseback riding, Winter offers Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Cross-country and Down-hill skiing.

The Okanagan Valley also offers year round Events, Festivals and Wine tours.

The Beach House is close to all Services and Amenities, only 3 minutes from Sorrento which has Grocery Stores, Pharmacy, Medical Clinic, Service Station, Liquor Store, Bank Machine, Hardware Store and Pub. We are only 5 minutes from the Shuswap Estates Golf and Country Club and Shuswap Marina.

Due to allergies and hygienic reasons, No Smoking and No Pets allowed.

Maximum occupancy 6 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
