Saturday to Saturday Vacation Rentals

The Lily Pad is available for rent to quiet, respectful families only. If you are looking for a place to have loud, wild parties all night long, please continue your search. Our home is rented on a WEEKLY ONLY basis between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Shorter stays are allowed September through May with a two (2) night minimum. This beach house is perfectly located just steps away from South Haven's beautiful North Beach just a short walk down WALK B. The key to this location is that there are no huge hills nor endless staircases to climb up and down when walking to and from the beach. And Parking, we have 3 spots in the driveway (and an additional 2 in the garage if arrangements are made in advance) This is an important detail many property owners forget to share when describing the location of their property!!!

The Lily Pad has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. The bedrooms consist of 2 queen beds upstairs (with a twin fold out trundle for those younger sleepers) and the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds, and a twin on top, double on bottom bunk bed. Sleeping 5 comfortably. Perfect for the kids to camp away. There is an additional pull out sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated providing a cottagey feel throughout.

The house is wired for wi-fi, has basic cable, dvd player, music player, central air, fans, and an additional wall air unit for the upstairs master for those steamier days.

The kitchen is equipped with full size washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, of course stove top, oven and refrigerator. The bathroom with towels and hair dryer.

The house is equipped with all your summer time needs, beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys and games, float toys and even coolers. Beach towels are stored in the house and are yours for the using.

The outdoor patio is approximately 400 square feet and is perfect for a barbecue after a relaxing day at the beach. With a fire pit for bonfires and a nice grassy knoll to escape from the noise and hustle of the beach.

Within walking distance are several excellent restaurants, parks, shops, and the new municipal marina.

Main Floor: Bunk bed with twin top bunk and full bottom bunk, 1 - twin set of bunk beds

Upstairs Bedroom #1: Queen and an Ottoman that makes into a twin

Upstairs Bedroom #2: Queen.
