There are 3 full bathrooms:

1 on main floor (with tub)

2 on 2nd floor, 1 with tub (1 in master bedroom with shower)

Sunset Victorian Retreat includes everything you would expect for a wonderful vacation. Family and friends can gather around the large kitchen bar counter and dining area. Enjoy cookouts with either the gas or charcoal grill. (We also have a portable grill to take to the beach or park.) Kids can play in the large yard and swing set or use the basketball hoop, bocce ball and bean bag toss yard games. There are even a few bikes on site you can use! Bring your helmet for fun and safety. The fire pit is great on cool South Haven evenings - can you smell the s'mores?

This property is ideal for a large family / multi-family / multi-generational family reunions and get-togethers / church groups / women's groups / retreats / weddings...or any family wanting some additional space to spread out and relax!

The house comes with Wireless Internet, land line phone for local and free long distance calling, central air conditioning, a fireplace, flat screen cable TV (and TV in each bedroom), piano, and more. The large garage has a ping pong table and plenty of room for other indoor games.

We supply sheets, blankets, pillows, and of course all cooking utensils and dinnerware. Come and enjoy - just pack your personal toiletries, napkins, food and beverages - and don't forget your beach towels!
