Built in 2015, the property known as ‘216A Bassett Green Road’ comprises a purpose-built two-storey block of flats with additional accommodation in the roofvoid, andis internally arranged to provide a total of twelve flats (8 x two bed flats and 4 x one bed flats). How do damage deposits work?
