Description

Situated at the top of a hill above Kouzonos up its own 1 km long private dirt road is this new build, never lived in villa you have been waiting for. Only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the old harbour or Dappia with all their tavernas, shops and cafes.

Set in the most beautiful landscaped fully organic gardens, surrounded by an Olive grove, Citrus trees, Pomegranates and many more shrubs, flowers and plants for you to enjoy.

There are even chickens below the house for your fresh eggs.

Once you reach the house, (The hire of quad bikes is recommended), walk through the herb scented gravel path past the Olive trees to the pool terrace and see the spectacular views you have of the sea, Spetsopoula Island and the surrounding countryside.

There is a stunning large Infinity pool which gives you the impression of living on the edge when you are in it looking at that view down below. The pool is lit at night with colour changing bulbs. Surrounding the pool is a large stone slabbed pebble inlaid terrace featuring comfortable cushioned seating for you and all your friends.

Tented sail canopies for shade and numerous sunbeds around the pool for you to soak up those rays whilst on top of the world. Subtle night lighting is all around the terraces and pool allowing you to sit and enjoy drinks while looking at the twinkling lights of Spetses below you and the stars that seem within reach overhead.

The entrance is at the back of the house where there is a built in Greek oven/pizza oven and BBQ and a separate building which houses a small kitchen to save preparing food in the house, there is also another large pergola shaded terrace for outside dining.

Inside: 4 bedrooms, all rooms have views, A/C and Wi Fi. Insect screens

A large open plan living/dining room with A/C, Insect screens,feature fireplace, dining table to seat 8, comfortable good quality sofas, Large TV, nice artwork, lamps etc. Doors to a large terrace with dining table and chairs.

Master bedroom 1: Double bedroom with terrace and your own access over an arched stone bridge directly to the pool ! Flat screen satellite TV, Closets, A/C, Insect screens

Shower room 2 between the two bedrooms.

Upper floor:

Shower room 3: Shared between bedrooms 3 and 4.

NB: A single bed can be placed in the living room, near to shower room 1 for an extra person/staff which would make the house guests 9 persons.

Staff included in price:

Daily cleaner, Pool man/gardener.

Linen and towel change twice a week.

Extra cost: A cook for traditional Greek food can be arranged if required.

A quad bike is needed to reach the house, a scooter may struggle with the hill.

I will meet nd greet you on arrival at the port and escort you by taxi to the house. I will also be available by phone to help with any queries, I live on the island so can easily get to you. I will book quad bikes for you, boat trips, restaurant tables etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
