it situated in the main Dal lake, nehru park which is surrounded by beautiful himalayan zabarwan ranges mountains,the boulevard streets walk,the gift shops roaming around the dal lake,watching shikaras moving in the water front lake,its just 20min ride from airport and lots of activities are to be done, the boat is made of the finest cedar wood, each houseboat consists of two, three and four bedrooms with attached bathroom and toilet. Rooms are fitted with a fan, wardrobe and heating system. balcony, a sun deck and a small shared kitchenette. A common living room and dining area are also provided.The houseboats come with a front seated, while in the evening sit and relax watch the shiny lake which makes your stay a very memorable.

Taxis and buses area also available. Motorcycles can also be rented for enthusiasts. Drivers usually don't speak English but there will always be a passer-by to help translate for you. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Asif (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
