A perfect spot for your Niagara vacation! In my home you will get a bright, self contained lower apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Close and easily accessible to 401 highway and to Niagara Falls (15 minutes) Niagara-on-the-Lake (13 minutes) & Toronto (90 minutes). This area offers so much more than the beauty of the Falls. Ski, snowboard, casino(s), wineries, great dining - we got it all!

This private lower apartment/granny flat/suite has its own separate entrance and private drive for your car. Three windows provide a bright and airy space. Can sleep up to 5 people on short term stays or for families with small children. Space is more suited for 2-4 people in open-concept room. There is one queen sized bed, a sofa/futon which folds out to a double bed and a fold up cot/bed - single size available. There is a room divider you can place between sleeping area and living-room for privacy.

Bathroom has a corner shower unit, vanity and commode. Towels, body wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner and (some emergency provisions are available if needed - always a spare toothbrush, shower cap, etc).

Kitchenette has microwave, convection toaster oven, Tassimo coffee centre, kettle, and induction burner. I do not offer or cook breakfast but do offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some breakfast items. Wal Mart, Tim Horton's. MacDonald's, Wendy's, a friendly neighbourhood diner, a deli and grocery store are just a short distance away for all your needs.

All cutlery, dishes, glassware, cookware and linens provided.

Washer, dryer and iron are available for use.

Check in time between 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

Check out time 11:00 sharp unless other arrangements have been made so if you require an earlier check-in or later check out time please do ask, we will try to accommodate all requests.

I have many booklets from Tourist Information Centre for the attractions of the surrounding areas. Toronto bound bus and train timetables are also available.

Guest can also access the private, fenced-in, backyard and are welcome to use BBQ , the grocery store is a five minute walk for all your BBQ needs. There is an area on the patio for outdoor dining and separate area for sitting to enjoy the days/evenings with that bottle of vine you just purchased. Plenty of room for the kids and pets to play. I have two bicycles available for you to use and ride all those trails in the area.

I live upstairs and will be available to answer any questions and can help with booking wine tours, directions and suggesting attractions to take advantage of while in the Niagara Region.

Please park in the driveway (it's all yours to use) and come to the side door to collect the keys - unless other arrangements have been made. I am happy to show you around and answer any questions regarding the apartment, WiFi password, etc.

Any damages to apartment you agree to pay. Please let me know if something goes wrong as some things are quick fixes and result in no additional costs to you.

Getting around

Bus stop at end of street which connects with city transit as well as coaches to other cities. Two taxi companies/service - details are available on site. Main highway easily accessible from my home - five blocks over - which will take you into Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Buffalo or the other way to Hamilon, Burlington, Toronto and Collingwood. Two bicycles are available for you to use.

No smoking on the apartment/house. This is a quiet residential area so keeping the noise to a dull roar is appreciated. Please make yourself at home and treat it as such and please don't leave a sinful of dirty dishes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
