Newly renovated cottage with modern kitchen and shower room and two comfortable and chic bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double. Open plan social space downstairs opens out onto cottage garden rich with birds. Area is divided into kitchen area with solid wood worksurface, belfast sink and halogen hob; lounge area with 2 armchairs and sofa(bed) and wood burning stove and dining area for 6. Cottage is equipped with novels, games and a projector, dvd player and DVD collection of classics and world cinema. This is a great holiday locaition from which you can either venture out to a stimulating range of local places of interest (medieval Dinan, St Malo and Dinard on the coast, culturally rich Rennes, Mont St Michel, The Bayeaux tapestry) and activities (beach, swimming pool, golf, tennis, river and canal side idling, bowling, cinema etc) or enjoy the more immediate area making use of a range of bicycles and making the most of the house and garden, playing table tennis or just reading and grazing on local foods and absorbing the slower pace of life.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miranda (the owner) a message.

If Miranda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
