Florence and Françoise welcome you all year long to offer you the rental of furnished studios in St Malo. Our bright studios are located in a beautiful house of character, 150 meters from the large beach of Saint-Malo and 1 km from the historical center (Intra-Muros). Our rentals are suitable for both short and medium stays. Our well-being area located on the ground floor (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, spa-bikes, massages, reflexology) will be at your disposal by appointment and with supplement. For any stay of more than 4 nights, a jacuzzi session will be offered (30 minutes) To facilitate your stay and make it more enjoyable: - We offer non-smoking studios - We provide you with linen (linen bed linen, towels and kitchen towels), as well as free wifi access. - Our kitchenettes are equipped with a fridge with milling tray, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and crockery -usual. - We offer the possibility of washing linen on site for extended stays. - We regret to be unable to offer disabled access. - Your 4-legged companions and other animals are not accepted. - A deposit of 200 € is requested on your arrival (check or credit card imprint) and will be returned no later than one week after your departure. - The tourist tax is 0,90 € per adult te per day. St-Malo, in addition to its many tourist attractions, is close to famous sites: Mont St Michel, Cape Fréhel, Cancale, Dinan, the Channel Islands Jersey and Guernsey, and allows for walks in the bay of St Malo, go up the Rance, go to Dinard in the spotlight (10 minutes).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If SARL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
