Come to discover our apartment ideal starting point to shine on the Coast of Emerald, to discover the Bay of Mont - Saint - Michel and the Corsair City. It includes two rooms (31 m2) for rent from two nights or a week, located 30 m from the large beach of the grove and 10 minutes walk from the corsair city (intramural). Exceptional sea view from the two bay windows (electric shutters) with access to the terrace for this bright apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a small collective, very quiet, secure and equipped with an intercom. (no elevator but very wide stairwell). Free WIFI access. We wish to share with you in the simplicity and the conviviality our attachment to this exceptional site, haven of rest and starting point for multiple routes that they are cultural, culinary, sporting, festive, relaxation or well being ... at the option of your desires. Everything is ready to welcome you and make you have a wonderful stay in Saint-Malo and the surrounding area. The price includes the main bed made upon arrival, bed linen and towels. It does not include: the tourist tax, the cleaning option of 45 euros, to specify when you arrive. A car is not essential in this area (bakery, supermarket, market twice a week at 500 m) The sea baths are 10 minutes walk) Comfortable with its large sunny living room with sea view and beach 50 m, a kitchen equipped with: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, two electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV, a real sofa bed 2 places, very comfortable once unfolded and a seat for 3 people. An independent bedroom with double bed, and large closet. A bathroom / WC with washing machine and heated towel rail. In this sector public car parks are free and you will find space easily in the street or nearby. In summer periods and school holidays, we rent the apartment only from Saturday to Saturday from a week or more. You will find at your disposal good addresses for lunch or dinner in the vicinity, ideas for walks, plans of Saint-Malo, Michelin guide, ideas for going out in the vicinity, the history of Saint-Malo .... Possibility of loan of accessories for children (bed, chair ...) on demand. - TGV station nearby (1 km) - Possibility to pick you up the day of your arrival and bring you back the day of departure. Our friends the animals are not allowed. Holiday checks accepted. Cleaning must be done when you leave (sheets removed, dishes made, hotplates and oven cleaned, refrigerator and garbage cans emptied, sanitary and cleaned floors) in case you have not opted for the cleaning fee of 45 euros. It is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation, and our pets are not allowed. We wish you a very good stay in Saint-Malo

How do damage deposits work?
