50 metres from the nearest ski lift and in the heart centre of Saint Martin de Belleville, a charming and traditional Savoyard Alpine ski village within the Three Valleys, Chalet Alice Velut has been sensitively converted into 5 self-catered holiday apartments. Each apartment is self contained and offers external balconies and stone fireplaces.

'Marguerite' is a 55 squared meter chalet apartment situated on the first floor of Chalet Alice Velut. It has 2 bedrooms that share one bathroom and a separate WC, a bright open-plan living and dining area with niche kitchen and access onto a small balcony with village views.

The lounge offers seating for up to 4/5 people to sit in front of the log fire, watch TV (UK free-view channels) or watch a DVD from our shared DVD library. There of course also is internet (wifi) available everywhere in the apartment!

Getting around

Once you arrive in Saint Martin de Belleville you won't require a car during the week! Chalet Alice Velut is situated in the village centre of the resort with all amenities including restaurants, bars and shops situated at your doorstep. The closest ski lift is situated within 50 meters of the front door of the chalet, you can walk there in less than 2 minutes! It's a drag lift that brings you up to the higher part of the village where you can find the ski pass office, ski school meeting points as well as further shops and restaurants. Saint Martin de Belleville offers several free parking spots where your car can be left all week for free.

SC-St Martin will welcome you into your chalet personally when you arrive in resort! Both live in Saint Martin de Belleville year around and are available 24/7 in case any problems occur. They also offer an exceptional service and are more than happy to help you arrange everything from airport transfers to ski passes, rental, lessons and catering options.​ Simply get in touch and ask - We will try our best to arrange it for you :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
