Description

Le Gites Du Sanglier is a small family run complex of three 17th century traditional Breton stone houses located in Central Brittany, France, in large private grounds. In this tranquil rural location, only 10 minutes drive from the stunning Lac de Guerledan, we offer you a luxury holiday on your terms.

Available for holiday rental all year - with weekend/mid-week breaks available October to May. Prices include all services and linen. Excellent facilities nearby for a wide variety of activities and sports, including water-sports, fishing, cycling and walking.

Néflier Cottage is a spacious 1 bedroom cottage, full of charm and character, but with modern conveniences. The front opens onto the main courtyard and to the rear is a private garden and terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for dining or drinks.

The spacious yet cosy Lounge/Dining room retains the original open beams in the ceiling, and has a feature stone wall with wood-burning stove. Doors lead to the courtyard, private garden and terrace area. Beyond the garden is parking and large communal grounds - the gîtes are set in nearly 5 acres of private grounds. Although primarily a holiday cottage for a couple or small family, the dining table seats 4 and there is ample crockery to host visitors.

In addition to being ideal for visiting Brittany in the summer, The wood-burning stove, carefully placed lighting combine to provide the perfect winter getaway for a romantic weekend. There is also a TV in English, French, Dutch & German, and DVD player with a selection of DVDs provided.

Outside the cottage has a large private enclosed rear garden with patio, with garden furniture, BBQ and your own private hot tub (May-sept). Beyond your garden lies the large communal grounds, with childrens play area, heated swimming pool, lawns and private car park.

The bedroom is 5m x 7m, and has a king size bed and single bed, providing ample room for a young family, or a luxurious hideaway for a couple. Additional cot available if required.

“Excellent family Gite”

We stayed here for a week in August. Excellent Gites, lovely sized rooms and well equiped with everything you could want for a home from home. The outsized area is amazing and our kids were free and safe to run around. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There's lots to do within the local area so you will need to have a car as getting around without one could be tricky. We will definitely stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?
