The “Can Blanc” house is a private luxury home with 900 of enclosed land, including a private pool and 4 areas where bedrooms are located:

1. Main house which holds living rooms, porches and 7 bedrooms with 3 big livingrooms and big kitchen with a dining room for 20 people inside and porche outside.

2. 3 spacious, independent bedrooms right next to the private pool and gardens

3. Attached to the home there is a private apartment on the grounds with its own gardens.

4. 5 double bedrooms in the main house

o 1 main bedroom - suite with private living area - attic, 65m2 with canopied, colonial-style double bed, large dressing room with closets, living room with large sofas, private patio with spectacular views and a very large bathroom with bathtub-jaccuzi

o 1 main bedroom - 42m2 suite with canopied, colonial-style double bed, large dressing room with closets. Very large bathroom with spacious shower area separated from the rest of the WC. Direct access to the pool and patio with sea and sunset views from bed.

o 2 double bedrooms (25m2 y 21m2 ) with 2 beds of 1.90 x 1.05 and with full closets. They share one very large bathroom with a big shower. Both have direct access to the patio and pool you can enjoy full views of the sea from bed.

2 Individual apartments off of the main house with a small patio and garden

o 1 suite (65m2) with complete WC, large shower, spacious wardrobe, dining room for 6 people, independent kitchen, small living room with 2 large sofas and a small patio with great views. Double, colonial-style, canopied bed (2x2 m)

o One 30m2 bedroom with full WC, large round shower integrated in the room separate from the WC, closet, spectacular views. 2 beds of 1.90 x 1.05m. Room with special charm.

1 Apartment with double bedroom apart from the house, with its own patio and garden

o 1 suite bedroom, 55m2, with a full bathroom, large shower, spacious closet and privileged views. The bedroom opens onto a garden/ private patio, also with beautiful vistas. Independent from the house. Two beds, 1,90x1,05. This room’s charm lies in its location outside of the main house, separate but on the same grounds.

Living rooms, kitchen and porches

o Complete 90 m2 living room with two 3m sofas, large central table, TV, DVD, Canal +, sound system. Very spacious. Huge patio with views of the sea with a 35m2 porch and an outdoor dining table for 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen (14m2) with dishwasher, a large refrigerator, microwave and oven, all made of rustproof steel; also includes silverware for a minimum of 14 guests.

Private Pool and gardens

o Large pool set on a patio with big gardens surrounding the whole house (600m2). Next to the pool there are different areas: a solarium with 1 hammocks nand 6 sunbathe, a porch/ dining area to enjoy lunch outside and a closed room for washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower and gardens with spectacular views.

Views of the sea and sunset from many different angles of the house and views of a pine forest surrounding the house and development.

Located in the "Isla Blanca" Development from the "Espeñal del Águila" in the Portinox of San Miguel, 19km from the capital of Ibiza (20 minutes by car), 350 meters from 2 pebbled creeks. Supermarket just 5 minutes drive form the villa , one restaurant 5 minutes walk. The development's own 2 beaches are 5 minutes from San Miguel Beach and 10 minutes from the most famous and beautiful beach of Benirras. Private big Swiminpool and big terraze-garden exclusive area for the Viila. The house is set on a cliff surrounded by a beautiful pine forest in the island's most beautiful area -- a priveleged environment with sunset views from any room of the house. You'll love it!

How do damage deposits work?
