Spectacularly located over 1000ft above the sea on the rugged, wooded north-west coast of Ibiza, Casa Anna has arguably the best views in Ibiza. Its elevated, hilltop location means that even the hottest days are cooled by a sea breeze. A modern villa on an exclusive development, Casa Anna has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a modern, well-equipped kitchen and stylish sitting area. Three of the bedrooms have sea views. There is wifi internet and a Panasonic music station.Chill out by the infinity edge pool; enjoy dinner at the wooden dining table on the terrace, watching the sun set over the cliffs and sea; or explore the small uncrowded coves and beaches that are within easy reach. Cala Benirras, the Sunday Times 2nd best beach in Europe, is only a 15-minute drive and the boutiques and world-famous nightlife of Ibiza town are only a 25-minute drive away.Or try an autumn or spring break - the house has central heating, a log fire, and lovely rural and coastal walks. Suitable for groups of friends (7-8 adults), families (8 adults and children), or just a quiet romantic retreat for a couple, Casa Anna has been my husband's family holiday house since my father-in-law, a C of E vicar, first fell in love with Ibiza - and the view - over 30 years ago.

Getting around

Hiring a car is highly recommended as our house is a 40 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and shops. There are however two restaurants/bars within walking distance.

Although we live in the UK there is an English key holder, Linda, who lives near to Casa Anna and is on hand to sort out any problems. We send out a detailed description of everything you need to know about your stay at our house, including suggestions for things to do and places to go. I am always available by email or phone if you have any queries.

House rules

In the past years Ibiza has had some terrible fires. Please be very careful. Never leave the barbecue unattended when it is lit. And please do not throw cigarette ends and dead matches over the wall etc. There are ashtrays with lids - please use them.

Isla Blanca is a quiet and peaceful area so please be considerate towards our neighbours with regard to noise!

“Spacious, Great View, Lovely Island”

We stayed at Casa Anna in early May 2013 so it was just at the start of the season. This meant that we didn't get full use of the pool. I would love to return to Casa Anna during the middle of summer as I am not sure I would actually leave the environs of the villa!! We went a walk over to the Hacienda hotel and had a drink on the terrace but the views in my opinion were just as good from the villa. Another thing is that the store-cum-bar/resaurant 'La Sulyatas' is actually easlily walkable (albeit down the steep hill - it is good exercise to walk back up after food and wine!! The man and woman who run the place are really friendly and speak English very well). The villa kitchen is very good and the living space is nice and spacious. It is important to note that there is no TV but there is a BOSE soundock and we just brought our Ipad for watching movies. The wifi network is first class so there is no problem streaming.

Casa Anna is the perfect setting to enjoy and explore the fantastic island of Ibiza. Situated in the quite north above some marvellously rugged coastline it offers fantastic views and great sunsets. Well equipped with a truly luxurious pool it offers great value for money. Ideally positioned to enjoy the beaches and small towns of the north with their own distinct character, but with the famous clubs only a short car ride away we would highly recommend Casa Anna has the perfect luxury break.

We stayed at casa Anna for a week and had the best time. The villa itself is simple and tastefully decorated. The thing that makes it so special is the view and infinity pool. The pictures don't do it justice. Some of the most breathtaking sunsets I have ever seen and made the holiday really special. The roof terrace is great too. The house is equipped with everything you need and some fantastic extras. Annabel is helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Make sure you rent a car! The villa is also surrounded by bushes which means that the neighbours can't see in and it doesn't feel like your invading each others space, not that we saw them anyway...

Mein Mann und ich haben eine Woche im Mai in "Casa Anna" verbracht. Die Villa war genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es gab 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 mit Doppelbett und 2 mit je 2 Einzelbetten. Der Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich war schön gross und ist ideal für eine größere Familie. Das Haus war sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und die Aussicht auf das Meer einfach umwerfend. Es war auch in der Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, jedoch braucht man ein Auto in der Gegend, um einige Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Nach Ibiza Stadt sind es ca. 20 Min, zum nächsten Strand ca. 10 min. Autofahrt. Die Reservierung, Zahlung, Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr gut organisiert ab, das Haus ist dank Alarmanlage sehr gut gesichert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We had a great time with friends and our 8-month-old here - the house has all the necessary amenities and feels like home and is in a calm, quiet part of the island. You must have a car though. Beautiful views! Annabel is also a very helpful and organised owner.

Great villa lovely pool with a stunning view. Perfect for a quiet weekend away. Had a great time villa in good condition all houseware usable clean and everything you could need is provided. Annabel very helpful and was happy with the stay. Would go back.

How do damage deposits work?

If Annabel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
