GREEN ACRES on WHITING HOLLOW LAKE is for Artists, Designers, Architects, Poets, Fashion-ista's, Philosophers & Anyone in-between... The lake house cabin offers a serene and ZEN sense of comfort for couples, friends and families alike. The design of the home offers a cool laid back rustic n modern feel. The privacy, natural setting and lake takes you worlds away from the everyday...

Lake cabin is designed by D3. It offers 1500 sqft. with 3 BR's, (sleeps 6-8 ppl.) 1.5 Bth., open floor plan LR, DR, Kit. A covered back porch with fantastic views of the lake and mature landscaping surround. The private lake of 250' of water frontage offers a dock, swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. An outdoor shower (coming soon) and BBQ are on premise with an outdoor table and Adirandak chairs.

SPRING Season: welcome the warming months in the mountains! Pull out the fishing pole, motorcycle, and hiking boots. Check out the apple blossoms and first crops coming out of the fields.

SUMMER Season: the farmers markets are in full swing. There's a main Street fair or county festival going on every weekend. The kayakers are on the rivers and lakes. The cyclists are on the roads. The horses are saddled up. The golfers are yelling "fore!"

FALL Season: the evenings are cooler, the campfires are blazing and the harvest is coming off the farm. Mountain bike from the top of the ski runs, or just ride the lift and enjoy the fall foliage. Foliage runs mid September through mid Oct.

WINTER Season: the leaves are down and the mountains are still the best place to be. Skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country, tubing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing can keep you busy. Come March, watch local farmers tap trees and make maple syrup gold.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If IVAN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
