lovely 3 bedroom air conditioned & heated cottage on a quiet lane. It is situated on 1 1/3 acre of property , nicely landscaped and lots of privacy. Rated 3 1/2 star by Canada Select

Just a 7 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of the National Park .

The cottage has a full kitchen, screened in sun room, full bath and comfortable living room. It also has a washing machine and shares 2 dryers with our other cottage the "Pine" in an out building. Both cottages have propane fireplaces.

The cottage has pine interiors with cathedral ceilings. Wireless internet, 32" flat screen satellite TV's with DVD and VCR players,and private telephone line.

We are 2 Km from Stanhope's 18 hole golf course and 2 Km to the Covehead wharf where you can go deep sea fishing , eat yummy seafood or buy fresh fish to cook at the cottage. There is a scenic walking trail around the Covehead Bay (assess is 300 meters from cottage) and this goes to the National Park and all along the shore of the park - great for biking and roller blading as well !

Pets are welcome with permission . Sorry, we are a non-smoking accommodation


It is a 20 min. drive to Charlottetown and 25 min to Cavendish.

Getting around

Staying anywhere, other than Charlottetown would be cumbersome without a car. It is a small province but you do need transportation to get around:)

I try to anticipate what our guests are looking for when they are on vacation at our cottage. I am knowledgeable with accessing information on biking, scenic tours and itineraries for our guests It is important to us to have our guests enjoy their time here - vacations are so special to all of us, it is nice to get as much from them as you can :)

Why can't I call Brenda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brenda (the owner) a message.

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
