Description

Walk the beach, fly a kite, bird watch, go fishing for Salmon, drop a crab pot for Dungeness. Cozy up to the fireplace while it's stormy outside, read a book... or do nothing and just unwind! Enjoy your privacy. Be amazed by the wild life... bald eagles, seagulls, herons, sea loins, seals, gray whales, deer and bunnies. Fran's park is a block away for kids to play. Enjoy the warm sheltered waters by day and gather at the fire pit on the beach in the evening.

Go golfing at Kayak Point Golf Course just 2 miles away. Eat a buffet dinner and enjoy a night of fun at Tulalip Resort Casino. Have an incredible shopping experience at the Seattle Premium Outlet mall that has over 120 well-known outlet stores. Both are a short 20 minute drive from our beach house. Take a day trip to Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Only 2 hours away. Visit Seattle - a quick 50 minute drive to the Space Needle.

We completely remodeled our 4 bedroom beach house that sleeps 9 adults very comfortably. It has a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle iron and toaster, as well as utensils (including a wine bottle opener), pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Other amenities: 47" HDTV with SlingBox cable, DVD player, bluetooth stereo, free WiFi Internet, gas fireplace, air conditioning and washer/dryer.

The beach house features a Master bedroom with a bathroom and king-size bed; Guest room #2 has a queen-size bed; Guest room #3 has two twin size beds and Guest room #4 has a bunk bed with a double mattress on bottom and twin on top. All beds have been recently purchased brand new.

Bring your boat. Private boat launch 50 yards away from our beach house during spring and summer months. There is also a public boat launch at Kayak Point Regional Park just 3/4 mile north. Parking for your boat and trailer is available. (Due to insurance liability issues, our boat is off limits, but you may bring your own boat and/or kayaks.)

So close to the City... yet so far away! Just a short 50 minute drive to total relaxation and serenity from downtown Seattle. Our beautiful beach house is located on the shores of McKee's Beach situated on Port Susan Bay in Puget Sound. Incredible picturesque 180 degree water views! No need to worry about ferry schedules, long lines or expensive ferry fares.

We want you to enjoy your stay, but our beach house is not a party house... we want guests who will respect our quiet beach community.

NO SMOKING indoors. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. No pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Terry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
