Description

Luxury 1 bedroom apartment in Staten Island near Verrazano bridge with easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn.

This modern red brick house located near beautiful beach, boardwalk, Fort Wordsworth, and Verrazano bridge all withing 5 min walk from home.

It is decorated with love for your romantic stay on the island. It features new furniture, new stainless still appliances, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Free WIFI, smart TV, electronic candles, white robes - all for your comfortable stay.

There is also a sofa bed which can be converted to a queen bed in the kitchen area in case if you need an extra sleeping space.

Our guests have an access to the entire property such as master bedroom upstairs, full bathroom with a tub, beautiful leaving room on the first floor, kitchen with a balcony, and a half a bathroom.

Please note that this is 3 bedroom house but we rent it as 1 bedroom house since we do leave in this house when it is not rented. The other two bedrooms are locked with internal surveillance in place. The cameras are getting activated only in case of locked door being opened.

The rest of the rented house in not under any recording or surveillance.

The guests are entering the house from the main entrance.

There is a smart lock which you can access with you phone application for your easy check in and check out process.

The owners are more than happy to assist you with any questions or recommendations otherwise please enjoy your privacy.

Why can't I call Natalya (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Natalya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
