"Fantastic base from which to explore Manhattan!!”

Great neighborhood, quiet and walking distance to restaurants and local shops. We are less than a mile away from the water. The House has piano, billiard, wood burning fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub, outside large deck with BBQ grill. Plenty of parking.

Access to transportation , stores and sites in NYC is very easy.

Location wise It is close to Manhattan, New Jersey and Brooklyn.

This Four bedroom house is perfect for a family or several couples. You can start your vacation right away, all the beds are made and bath towels are provided for you.

Shampoo, soap..etc, spices, oil, coffee, coffee filters, tea .... all provided.

This vacation rental home has Four bedrooms, Three full baths, and One half bath.

Beds: 1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Tween upstairs and and 1 fold out for 2 people downstairs.

* A comfortable EXPRESS BUS which stops nearby (5 minutes walking distance) will take you to any part of Manhattan in 1 hour. * Alternatively, the Staten Island Ferry will bring you to downtown Manhattan. The car drive to the Staten Island (SI) Ferry is under 30 minutes via expressway. Nearby SI Ferry Terminal car park is $8 all day parking. The Ferry runs 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. * Or use an on ground train that will also take you to the Staten Island Ferry terminal and is 10-12 minutes walk away from my home.

“Fantastic house in Staten Island”

We had an amazing time at the house. It is beautifully laid out and in a very quiet area. There are plenty of local amenities and great transport links to NYC. Maria was very helpful through the entire process and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
