Description

Pleasant and spacious house with 20 beds in 11 bedrooms near the ocean, brook, mountains and forest. The house is equally suitable for holiday for a large family, as for family reunion, friends or colleagues. Two of the rooms 140 cm double bed, a room with bed 120 cm, seven rooms have bunk beds 80 cm. One room is the family room with 3 80 beds. The building also crib in one of the rooms with bunk beds. The house has three shower rooms, one with a toilet, in addition, two separate toilets. Laundry room with washing machine. Large well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, two dishwashers and a bar. Gather around the large self-designed table that seats 20 people eating at the same time. TV room with 60 incher Viasat and DVD. A roofed terrace has large table which seats 20 people. A secluded terrace at the back with room for 20 people around the large table, chairs and outside shower. Further terrace / sundeck is before the house. The house has a sauna with plastic for about 12 people, in the garden a wood-fired hot tub with room for about 12 people. In the water, bobbing sauna boat between about 1 April and 30 September. Sauna The boat holds about 7-8 people at the same time and shared with the estate's other tenants. Kayaks, Optimist, SUP, and life jackets are all, to borrow. In addition there is a lovely playground "model Hedenhös" for large and small with buried trampoline. Next to the house there are large play areas, trails and recreation areas, mountains, stream and forest and only 100 meters from a shallow sandy beach and pier. During high season (v25-v33) we rent only on a weekly basis, other times, it is good to book single weekdays or weekends.

House rules

We care about nature and our neighbors. Throw garbage in the specified location, sort garbage and waste as directed. It is sensitively waterfront respect to keep down the volume evenings and nights, no smoking inside, drive slowly -was afraid of children and animals. Show consideration. Please ask if you are wondering, we will be happy. No parties or events, if this is not agreed in advance.
