Description

With the brook rippling around the corner and the woods in the back, this charming house from the mid-1700s with its guest cottage. The houses are only 100 meters to the sea where there are shallow beach and boat / swim platform. From the patio you have a view of the sea and the large lawn with volleyball and trampoline. In the ground floor are large country kitchen with wood stove (and common), bar and dining area with sea views. Living room with fireplace and plenty of space in the large sofa. One bedroom with double bed and single bed and bathroom adjacent (toilet / shower) to the bedroom. On the ground floor is also a toilet and laundry. At the newly renovated upper floor are two bedrooms with double bed 180 cm. In addition to the chair bed and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the creek and the sea. Upstairs, there are also toilet and shower. On the terrace there are tables for many and loungers. Outside shower available daylight. To the cottage includes a wood-fired hot tub lady whom you have a sea view. At the bridge, there is a sauna boat (1 April -30 September) shared with the estate's other two houses, one book itself. The guest house a small house of 25 sqm next door has two single beds, toilet and shower and a private patio. The houses are suitable for 2-3 families, about 8-10 people in both houses. Week 25-33 only full weeks, changeover day Sunday. Optional sheets and towels.
