Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (32 m2, 27.04.-14.09.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, whirlpool, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, restaurant 500 m, pebble beach 1.5 km, rocky beach 1.5 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 900 m.
