Description

Most private located property with own small beach and bridges shared by 3 minor houses.

Perfect 'hide away' place where you can enjoy the calmnes, silence, sea life and the nature close to everything that Stockholm can offer.

On the property there are two other houses, then a large forest and nearest neighbor 1 kilometer away.

You find it like a very private hide away, located by the lake where you can swim, fish or enjoy your evening meal in the spectacular and beautiful sunset on the beach.

The house is modern. Has everything except washing machine. On the first floor, one single and one double bedroom, kitchen and a combined dining and living room with a fire place.

Lining room opens up to a large attic with two more beds.

The property is located on one of the wild side of the Island of Drottningholm, the royal palace with it's garden and theatre.

You will find a lot of relaxing nature, forest to walk in and available for all kind of activities. A clean lake and 3 golf courses in the nearby.

Then only 25 minutes drive your are in the center of Stockholm, with resturants, museums, cultural events and night life. If you prefer you can take the 1 hour long steam boat trip from Drottningholm to the town hall in Stockholm.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Johan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
