This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, waterfront home is on the intracoastal waterfront overlooking a natural preserve and has it's own private deep water dock, large screened porch, open floor plan, two car garage and community boat ramp. Imagine enjoying sunsets from your private screened porch while watching exotic wildlife in the backyard!

This home is centrally located in the heart of the Florida Treasure Coast and is just minutes to the beach, downtown Stuart, restaurants, and shopping while still surrounding you with nature and salt water breezes.

Your private, waterfront home provides ocean access for days filled with relaxation, boating, fishing or diving - some of the best in the Florida and Treasure Coast. This spacious, one-story, 2,400 sq. ft. home features an open floor plan in the main living areas, comfortable furniture throughout, spacious kitchen, large closets, two car garage and over 175 feet of private waterfront with 75' of deep water docking and direct ocean access. With its southern exposure, the screened porch features patio furniture, faces the water and is perfect for early morning sunrises or late evening sunsets. There are 3 bright and airy bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed overlooking the picturesque waterway and preserve with a private bath and large closet. The guest bedrooms are tastefully decorated with water views, include 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, oversized closets and a shared bathroom with double sink.

The entire home is centrally air-conditioned and heated. Other amenities include a large High Definition Flat Screen TV with Direct TV Channels, High Speed Secured Wireless Internet, DVD player, and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Outside amenities include a screened porch with patio furniture, a 2 car garage, additional parking for a boat or other vehicles, BBQ grill, 175 feet of waterfront, docking, and a community boat ramp.

Activities include swimming, fishing or boating right in your backyard. Or, take your children to the beach. The home is close to downtown Stuart, shopping, restaurants, theaters, major malls, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Lara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
