Situated directly ON the Atlantic Ocean, "Family Tides" is an ocean-to-river beach house / modernist vacation retreat where Malibu chic meets Milan fashion in the idyllic Southeast Florida warmth & sunshine. The perfect beach retreat for large or multi-generational families (or groups of friends) to re-connect in a fun-yet-relaxing vacation setting. This three-level house easily sleeps over a dozen based on actual bedcount in private bedrooms, and even more with our collection of rollaway beds, cots, and sleeper sofas. Prior to check-in, we will contact you with your own custom 4-digit PIN# to unlock the front door to your fully-stocked Beach House in Paradise, as well as other check-in details. (Directions to home, WiFi access info, suggested packing list, etc). Throughout your stay with us, you'll have access to BHIP staff at 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our private cellphone number(s). And since almost all of our beach houses are in the same neighborhood, you'll also see us in the daytime working at nearby houses. Always available, never intrusive: That's the BHIP way.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Al (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
