Built 100 years ago for the first elected mayor of Stuart, this vacation rental home still features the original architecture and hardwood floors. In addition to featuring a furnished deck with a grill and high-end amenities, this home for 8 guests sits within minutes of Stuart Beach and a short walk from downtown restaurants. Explore unique shops in town and savor a bite to eat at The Crafted Keg!

Although this historic home boasts its original character, it was remodeled 15 years ago to feature a modern kitchen, new bathroom, and an over-sized master suite.

Upon your arrival, drop your bags and unwind on the furnished porch. With a plush couch and ceiling fan, the porch is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of lemonade and the company of loved ones.

The spacious living room, complete with a flat-screen cable Smart TV, several board games, and endless natural light, will feel like paradise after a day at the beach. There is a second living area located through the French doors, ideal for taking a quick nap or reading.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
