Relaxing, Peaceful & 5* luxury - stylish two bedroom roof terrace apartment with perfect location for the golfing or tri-sports enthusiast, a safe relaxing resort with plenty to make memorable family holidays & perfect for a couples retreat with days relaxing by beautiful sandy beaches, friendly tapas bars or cycling for two up in the mountains. - with fabulous views across the Jack Nicklaus championship golf course. The apartment benefits from direct access to a large pool and has its own large terrace ideal for dining and enjoying the peaceful summer evenings.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned with open plan living and dining area with large patio doors leading out onto the fabulous terrace. The living & dining area has contemporary decor with 2 Leather sofa's which comfortably seat 5 people.
A modern coffee table, rug, TV, DVD/CD & ambient lighting all to ensure you have a comfortable, pleasant relaxing stay.
There is a contemporary glass dining table with 4 chairs which is a great place for breakfast if you would like a change from the open air terrace!

The main bedroom has direct access to the large terrace via double sliding doors which are delightful to open through the night or early in the morning to hear the stillness, tranquility and beautiful sounds of resident birds. Decorated with velvets, silks & throws this room has an opulent, rich feel & at night has subtle ambient light from two feature glass shades. The second bedroom offers rich textures and luxurious interior feel from bed throws, oversized velvet cushions and scrumptuous silk drapes & cushions. Both rooms boast large built-in wardrobes and drawer units, a full length mirror, side table & ceiling fan.

The apartment enjoys a prime location on the 5* resort and is only a 4 minute walk away from the main complex and facilities which include, a restaurant and bar, supermarket, children's play area, the 1st tee, driving range and the large putting and chipping green. The sports area has tennis courts, paddle tennis and a 5 aside football pitch. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are only 10 minutes drive away. Free Wi-fi in the apartment.

“Excellent all round value for money.”

It's the second time our family have stayed and the experience just gets better and better. The apartment has views to die for and is well situated for the pool, shops and entertainment. Everyone is friendly and the staff at the resort really work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

How do damage deposits work?
