Description

Brac Villa Bonaca is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brac, right by the sea. Brac Villa Bonaca is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, which was completely renovated in 2004.

This charming three-storey house has 3 double bedrooms (two on the first floor and one on the second), a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms with toilets and a separate WC, a large garden with a private pool and parking for 2 cars.

To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible, we have equipped the villa with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed.

To protect your peace and privacy, Brac Villa Bonaca is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool.

The position of Brac Villa Bonaca in the centre of Sumartin on Brac means that it is close to shops, restaurants and coffee bars, and the nearest beach is a ten-minute walk away. Brac Villa Bonaca is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural bounties and delicacies of Brac Island.

Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Bol, which has a lively nightlife and plenty of sporting activities.

“Great location - wonderful host”

My wife and two friends stayed in the villa that is located above the harbour. Breafast overlooking the harbour was a treat. Very comfortable - beautiful coastline and village. Not much open early season but our wonderful host helped with great recommendations and car hire - all very reasonable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
