Welcome... Kia Ora... to our tastefully furnished and fully equipped, SKI IN/ SKI OUT 3 bedroom Sun Peaks Condo Accommodation.. Enjoy the sun drenched outlook over Morrisey Express lift. We sleep 7 - only in bedrooms - no sleeping accommodation is in the living area. The loft bedroom has a combo bunk, sleeping two on the bottom and a single above.

Walk a few paces across the path to put your skis on and ski over the golf course down to Morrisey Express and to the new lift Orient Express which opened in December 2018. It runs up across the fairway from Stones Throw. Orient Express offers direct access to the Village Centre on green runs. Ski home at the end of the day via the Sundance Chair and East Village Ski Way, or the Orient Express to the same spot a few steps from our door.

Come home to find the afternoon sun pouring in through the vaulted 20ft windows, warming your open plan living area under the cathedral ceilings - enjoy the last of those rays in your own hot tub on our private second floor balcony..

Private HOT TUB, BBQ, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, 2 TVs; and a monitor in the loft bedroom with a DVD player feed; full laundry facilities with full size washer and drier, heated slate tile floors, fully equipped kitchen and 2 secure reserved underground car parks below the condo.

Owned by a New Zealand couple - we are Kiwis who love Sun Peaks!

*hot tub catching the last of the evening sun

*BBQ on the deck

* 2 TVs and 1 DVD player + screen in the loft bedroom. one of the TV's is an HD plasma flat screen in the living area downstairs, with a TV in the master bedroom; the monitor in the loft bedroom plays DVDs.

* speakers in the living area into which you can plug your devices

*DVD library and board games

*heated slate tile floors in entry lobby, bathrooms, and kitchen

*boot warmer pegs over the lobby wall mounted heater

*FREE wireless highspeed internet, and hardwire internet line entry

*land line telephone for free local area calls, but toll-barred

*full laundry facilities in the ensuite bathroom

Interaction with guest

We live in New Zealand so we can't greet you personally, but our home will be fully set up for you by our property manager Andrea & her husband Paul. They live in Sun Peaks and manage only a few homes rather than tens of different rentals. They are meticulous and very well organised. Andrea is in touch with you prior to your arrival and provides you with a personalised entry code and is available if you have any issues with anything in our condo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
