Welcome to Trails Edge #15. Whether you enjoy Winter or Summer, Sun Peaks is truly a magical place. Sun Peaks is the second largest Ski Resort in Canada and ranked #1 for family enjoyment with short line ups and last year’s record breaking snowfall adds to its allure.

Sun Peaks is a year round destination with summer activities including world class mountain biking (longer runs than Whistler!), the highest golf course in B.C. (the balls will fly further), open air concerts and the Alpine hiking is first class with plenty of trials to choose from.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1800 Sqft townhome with separate games room is located in the luxurious Trails Edge Townhouse complex. Trails Edge is one of the most sought-after Sun Peaks properties because of its beautifully designed homes and location. It is easy ski-in/ski-out access to the Morrisey connector and Morrisey express chairlift and a 5-10 minute (at the very most) walk to the village which is home to many great restaurants, shops, spas and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!

The outdoor Sun Peaks heated pool (open in summer) and skating rink are also just a short walk away.

Layout of the home:

Upper Floor: A large master bedroom with a queen bed, trundle bed (two twin mattresses), large TV, dresser, 4 piece en-suite with heated floors and private balcony with mountain views.

The second bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed, TV and also a large 4 piece en-suite.

Main Floor: A bedroom with a Queen/Twin bunk bed, TV and 3rd bathroom (3 piece) directly across. Also on the main floor is a full kitchen with BBQ just outside, dining room and a living room with sofa-bed, flat screen TV and huge vaulting windows and ceilings with gorgeous views. Enjoy our library of movies, books, board games and puzzles. We have bean bag chairs that can be used for extra seating and fun!

We have a large deck seating 6 for outdoor eating with mountain views.

Ground level: A large entry with a large closet. An in-unit washer and dryer and a games room with a couch, a 55" 4k Smart TV, Gaming console and Foos-ball table. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out and have their own space.

After a day on the slopes, a game of golf, a trip down the mountain on a mountain bike come back to soak in the ground level/ main floor hot tub just steps from the kitchen and shower. It has seating for up to 8 adults in a private setting where you can roll around in the snow before you jump in!

If you just want to relax or need a break you can have your meals catered or order in. Then sit down to dinner in a very well appointed kitchen with seating for 12.

All linens and towels are provided for use in the home and hot tub. You will sleep in clean sheets under a fluffy down duvet.

Note: All of our sleeping areas are legal sleeping areas and have a door and window large enough to exit if necessary. This is important to research when looking for a rental property as many do not.

We have an electronic door access system that gives a unique code to each guest stay. No lost keys to worry about.

There are heated tile floors throughout the home.

No need to worry about putting your feet back into wet skis or hiking boots. There is a boot and glove dryer and ample space to hang all your outdoor gear.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
