Located on the 14th floor.The 1300 sq.ft unit consists o 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room (washer and dryer) + spacious balcony with panoramic ocean view!Free Wireless internet. Equipped with everything you need for your stay: linens, towels as well as beach umbrellas, chairs and towels. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave). Dishes, utensils and cookware are complete for 6 people. Just bring your suitcases! Dining table with 6 chairs. There is a bus stop just in front of the building. I recommend you to rent a car because you will have a parking space assigned for FREE and distances in Miami are long. The condo is about 25-30 minutes away from the Miami International Airport and 15-20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport.

How do damage deposits work?
