Description

Ideally located 1600+/- sq.ft. Skyline Condo near Circle 3. Short distance to Aspen Lake, Sunriver Stables, Nature Center/Observatory, Marina, SHARC and The Village at Sunriver. This spacious condo, provides a vaulted living room with 42" flat screen TV and high ceilings to create a light and bright atmosphere. You will find two more 40" flat screens located in the bedrooms as well as a Bose audio speaker for streaming your favorite music. In addition, when you stay at 10 Skyline, you receive access to the year-round complex hot tub.

Enjoy biking and swimming in the summer and skiing and hot tubing in the winter. After a day of play, relax and warm up in front of the inviting gas fireplace. This highly desirable condo provides all the amenities necessary to ensure you have a wonderful Sunriver vacation.

Bed Configuration: King, Queen, Two Twins

Bikes: There is are 2 bikes at this home (2 adult). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.

With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf and Mt.Bachelor lift tickets.

SHARC Access 2019 - Free Unlimited: This home provides for 6 free unlimited access SHARC passes available for pick up at check in. You save $25 per person, per visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
