Breathtaking views from the top floor living area of this three bedroom, 2 ½ bath home which is completely open with cathedral ceilings, fireplace and two decks. Large flat screen TV along with fabulous furnishings including leather six-piece sectional. Dining area table accommodates six, kitchen bar with stools for three. Huge carport and outdoor hot-cold shower.

All Linens are included in the Base Price. Please make sure you know this when comparing other homes.

Master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, full bath and balcony. Second bedroom has a queen bed with closet and sliders to deck. Third bedroom/office has a twin trundle bed, closet and built-in shelves/files in the office space. .

Watch the boats go by on the ICW from the top deck. Pull your boat away from your private dock and enjoy the waterways. The short walk to the ocean is easy on the quiet street. Easy beach access at the beginning of the development.

The community gazebo on the sound side is there for you to enjoy. Access to the community ramp is on the sound. This community boat dock area is for loading and unloading boats only. Do not leave your car, boat or trailer at the dock for any length of time. Take them back to the home while you are renting.

Quiet cul-de-sac and adjoining streets make it great for biking.

This home is listed for sale and is available for potential buyers to view. You will be given 24 hour notice from a Realtor to show the property. Please let me know when someone views the property, if they buy, I will give you a $100 thank you gift card.

Getting around

There are about 11 restaurants withing 2 1/2 miles from our home. Many more close by. An IGA food store withing 2 1/2 miles and 2 more food stores about 5 miles away. They are building a high rise bridge this year and the traffic pattern could be time consuming.

Interaction with guest

I have the house listed for sale so you will have to allow a Realtor to take a potential buyer visit the home. They will give you 24 hours notice. Please work with them and write down the date and Realtor. I will give you a $100 gift card if they buy and the deal closes. Thank you. Bedroom 3 is a combination office / bedroom. It has a trundle bed which pulss our fwith two twin beds.

How do damage deposits work?
