Just 10 minutes from the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife and 45 minutes from crowded tourist areas of las americas, los cristianos. Relaxing small village Tabaiba apartment with a nice terrace to enjoy ocean views, barbacue and comfortable outdoors coach. Brand new and cosy furniture. Just 10 min. walking distance natural ocean water pool area , restaurants, scuba diving school and Radazul marina with a beach. Supermarket open all year around. Well communicated with highway where you can travel around the island.

Getting around

Radazul: surrounded area (Walking distance) There is a path from the natural swimming pool in Tabaiba towards north with a nice walking path. Only 15 minutes you will get to the beach and marina. You have all facilities including kids area, marina with a few restaurants, water sports (kayak, scuba, paddle surf, sailing).

Will be waiting for you upon your arrival no matter what time your flight is landing or unexpected delays. We really like to give you a warm welcome, giving all details about the apartment, small town of Tabaiba and vicinity thus things to do around the island during your stay. Make feeling like at home is our best gift!

Beautifull ocean fiew, but a haevy and steep walk to the beach. Not for disabled poeple. Friendly and helpfull owner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aurora (the owner) a message.

If Aurora (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
