This Florida Sportsman's Paradise includes million $$$ views of Tampa Bay and its estuaries from the pool and screened in Florida room to its upstairs balconies. Very close to BUSCH GARDENS and DISNEY WORLD. I am a fishing guide and also offer fishing packages.Fishing Charter rates can be found on my website. My home offers docking for up to a 50ft boat and also a boat lift on the dock for up to a 10K lb boat.The Florida rm and balconies offer views of the pool,play ground,and dock areas.Water areas are all protected w/ child gates.Catch Snook, Redfish, Trout, Grouper, Jack, Tarpon,Cobia, Snapper ,Catfish from the dock.The house is very clean / well maintained. The master bathroom includes a huge jacuzzi tub and a big shower w/3 jets and a 6ft bench seat.The kitchen offers an island for easy food prep and serving to the dining room. Each room has new beds. 2blocks to beach,1mile to Manatee Viewing Center,10mins to the mall,20mins to Busch Gardens,50mins to Disney World

House rules

Our #1 rule is guests should leave our home like they found it. We have a fence around the back yard, pool, dock, play ground and spa, kid friendly & safe. We do allow pets, because our home is 95% tile and wood floors. If you have multiple pets or any pet over 50 lbs, we will consider your request. We don't allow smoking inside the house, but we do allow smoking in the screened in Florida room. We have parking for up to 8 vehicles, if more parking is necessary we can usually accommodate you.

Why can't I call Joel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joel (the owner) a message.

If Joel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
