One of Tampa's most unique, stand out, and quirky vacation rentals perfect for family and group trips.

100 year old church restored and re-purposed with contemporary updates and ideal fully shaded, well equipped back yard made for gatherings. Steps from Tampa's Brew Bus terminal!

Huge kitchen/ living/ dining areas. Downtown, Tampa Convention Center, Amalie Arena, Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Cruise Ship Terminal, and Armature Works / River Walk minutes away! Do something different this vacation :)

There are two bedrooms downstairs (3 queen beds one single bed) w/ one and a half baths. The full (master) bath downstairs has a double shower. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with three single beds and another full bath upstairs. We offer a queen sized inflatable mattress as well. The back yard is perfect for events/parties as it is covered in shade netting, plenty of chairs, lighting, astroturf (so no worries about getting dirty).

Airport and International Mall 10 minutes 3. Busch Gardens/USF 15 minutes 4. Clearwater Beach 35 minutes 5. All the cool drink/eat spots in Seminole Heights 2-3 minutes

Why can't I call Maylin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maylin (the owner) a message.

If Maylin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
