Budoni , a soli 36 km a sud di Olbia, mare cristallino, spiagge di sabbia bianca delimitate da una rigogliosa pineta. Affascinante entroterra ricco di profumata macchia mediterranea.

Ubicato nella tranquilla localita´residenziale di Tanaunella (Budoni) che permette il giusto riposo, pur essendo servito a pochi metri da market, farmacia, bar, giornali, ristoranti e pizzerie. In posizione strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti i punti piú belli della meravigliosa terra di Sardegna.

La spiaggia piú vicina é a ca 800 mt, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, ed é uno splendido lungo arco di sabbia bianca delimitata da una fresca pineta. Le smeraldine acque del mare sono cristalline e poco profonde, una vera piscina naturale, e l´ombra della pineta alle sue spalle é impagabile! Sulla spiaggia ci sono 3 bar ristoranti molto carini e integrati nella natura.

Appartamento trilocale al 1° e ultimo piano,bello, luminoso, confortevole, indipendente, composto da ampio soggiorno con terrazzo vista mare, comodo divano-letto, tv color lcd , cucina attrezzata e funzionale, camera da letto matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello e balcone, bagno con doccia, riserva idrica e posto auto.

How do damage deposits work?
