Description

BEAUTIFUL flat on a hillside with a splendid sea view from terrace, the apartment is 75 sq mts large, consist in 3 rooms (2 bedrooms), living room with a double sofa-bed, table and chair, Kitchen with all things you need for to cook, bathroom with shower, big terrace with table and summer furniture.

All rooms have a window or a door on the terrace, with a spectacular view of the sea.The apartment is very quiet, no noise from traffic/road, once you in you can see only the beach of Mazzarò bay. Only 30 mt you have stairs to go down to one of the most beautiful beach: ISOLABELLA.Near you have market, a shop of news,restaurants, during summer time just close to the house there is a take away/food.

Bus stop is 30 mt far from the apartment, you can use cableway to go up to Taormina (less 5 mnt) or go up to the stairs, only 20 mt far. Just 1.500 Km there is a Motorway A18 CT/ME so you can move to reach other nice place.

“FANTASTIC VALUE”

The owners of this apartment are wonderfully helpful, and the apartment is in a perfect spot. The rooms are large and the views fantastic. The only very minor problems were the oven takes forever to cook anything and as we were there very early in the year there was not enough heating in the lounge (both bedrooms have air con and heating). Apart from these minor issues I would recommend this apartment to anybody and as I said the owners were an absolutely wonderful couple.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Giusi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
