Description

Wonderful apartment located in luxurious residence in the center of Taormina. Only 70 Mt from Gate Messina ( Porta Messina),the entrance of Corso Umberto, the main street of Taormina.

The apartment has a spacious semi-covered terrace (patio) with a breathtaking sea-view swimming pool that direct pool access.

Garage with reserved parking and elevator that will take you directly to the home or in the center.You have to know that the parking in Taormina is a big problem,but in our residence you don't have to think about that,every apartment has one reserved parking!

In the residence there are many green areas,a path full of Jasmin,Mandarin,Lemon and Orange tree.The infinity swimming pool works all year,outdoor and unheated, we provide lifeguard service,umbrella and deckchairs only in Summer(so from the end of May until the end of September/October)

Apartment of 150 m², sleeps 6 standard , max 8 sleeps using the sofa bed.

Two bathrooms, one with shower the second with bath and shower. Air-conditioned inverter in every room. Maxi 42-inch LCD screen.Full equipped kitchen. Good furniture.

There are also chairs and sofa table on the terrace.

3 Separete bedrooms

The beds are so arranged as follows:

1) bedroom with double bed

2) Bedroom two single beds (can be pushed together to make another double bed)

3) bedroom with double bed

4) Living room with sofa bed for 2 people

Our apartment is located in one of the most exclusive and famous complex of Taormina.

The residence is adjacent to the prestigious Hotel Ashbee.

We have a special pedestrian gate,right in the center of the Town, Corso umberto,the main street full of shops, bars, restaurants, best shops,Greek Theater and Cable car! Everything is in walking distance.

The apartment has an amazing sea-view and direct access to the Pool from your terrace,that will be priceless,especially if you have children!You can watch your children swimming from the Patio!

Getting around

We are very close to the Cable Car Station , just 600 mt , to get in the Mazzarò zone ; we are also very close to the bus stop , just 60 mt , to get on the beach! The bus stop , instead , to get in Airport is far 650 mt.

“Fantastic View and Location”

This location is perfectly located in Taormina with walking distance to EVERYthing you need. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating to any extra little needs we had. I would stay here again!

Fabulous views over the sea to the north. Situated just 50m from the entrance to the old town. The appartment is spacious, modern, tasteful and just a few steps up from an excellent shared infinity pool. Would highly recommend. Taormina is a great place to enjoy the dolce vita! Only downside is that the rendezvous with the owner is a stressful experience because there is no parking on the road near the apartment. I would park in the municipal out of town, get the bus into town, buy a drink at a cafe and get the owners to meet you there with the key.

Owner's reply: Dear Richard , I thank you for the good review, despite the mishap in check in , i will confess it had never happened, I'm always waiting for the tourists (and rightly) , but unfortunately that day I had a problem with another customer (I manage several apartments in Sicily) he came with about 6 hours late , so I had to send my parents who have done as quickly as possible. I'm so sorry, and I apologize.I'll wait for you again in Taormina, proposing a reduction of 20% and prove that the problem with the check-in was the first and last. I found the house very clean and I thank you for that. My parents told me that you have a beautiful family! Thank you I hope see you soon in Taormina All the best
