Description

We aim to offer a comfortable holiday home that is suitable for families and couples alike. Set in landscaped gardens, the Casita has a private entrance with patio area and grassed garden, an ideal area for al fresco dining. There is a shared 10m x 5m swimming pool with a shallow end for children. There is WIFI internet available. The 2 bedroomed property has a double master bedroom with king sized bed, a twin room and sofa beds in the lounge. For anyone that is a keen bird watcher, the garden provides many species of birds, and the area as a whole is one the most important sites for migratory birds. Also many sports including, riding, hill walking, mountain biking, golf and ofcourse, kite and wind surfing, are available in the surrounding area. Many of Andalucia's towns and cities are easily reached within a day trip. And for those of you who enjoy shopping, Gibraltar is close to hand for those treats. Tangiers is a 35 minute ferry journey from Tarifa, and Ceuta from Algeciras.

“For a hassle free holiday this is the place to book.”

We have just spent 12 lovely days in the Casita the accommodation has every thing you require we could not fault it in any way. Although the pool is shared if you wish to be on your own you have you own private garden space. If you need any help during your stay Kath and Eddie are always available.

Why can't I call Kathleen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kathleen (the owner) a message.

If Kathleen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
