The Atelier- Studio (about 90m2 and wall highness of almost 4 m)

at Quinta da Arte is one of our four guest houses where the owner thought how beautyful it would be, to live in a bright, large room painted all in white where do you have always a free and light summer feeling.

The bright and generously house has a separate sleeping room with a double bed with ventilatores and is surrounded with a mosquito net .

As well you will find here an placing for clothes in adiffernet Kind of storage.

In the living area is an integrated, full equipped kitchen with a nearby dining area and on the other site of the large room is situated a big ,red sofa area to read, to relax or to listen to music.

Art objectes are integrated in the room and are making this space even reacher.

The red big Sofa can be as well a bed and near by I can put another single bed.Both with mosquitonet around.

Two high atelier - doors with white curtains in front of them are to open and some steps calling the "portuguese stairs" in front of the house, leading the guests into the garden part with sun chairs, barbecue and another dining area.

White , large scarves in front of the high doors are fluttering in the wind.

The separate bath room with a seperate toilett and douche room is done all in white too.

"This house gives me the possibility to calm down, to enjoy space, to feel free..

It is beautyful only to sit outsite by night at the portugues stairs for example to use the possibilties to illuminate the outdoor area and to observe the stars.

Or to come home in the evening after having a beautyful day at the beach and to grill a fish."

The nearness to the pool invites the guests to use it all the time when they like to do so.

Children love the simple mayority how to handle this house they feel free and have easy acess to the pool area.

And they feel free to discover our landscape without having fear and becomes little pirates sometimes or adventurer.

What does a child needs more?

But as well couples loved to have such free space all for themselves.

Former guests of this house loved the space and the feeling of liberty they have had during there stay.

The house gives a refreshing feeling in summer and life takes place at nature the whole day.

Getting around

I can recommend the guest to hite a car for visiting all nearby beauties like Tavira town the nice beaches and to make trips in order to sea the Westcoast for a day trip or to visit Sevilla only 2 hours drive away . Many nice country roads are to be discovered and guiding the guestss through cuntry site and nature or to cities like Faro and Olhao. A bus line is leaving around 1km distance from our Quinta to Tavira and to S. Bras de Alportel but not every hours for example. Therefor I recommend to hire a car.

House rules

All guests are welcome and there are no special rules to take care about.
Important rules for all guest I will explain after arriving. If the guests is broken something I will asked to pay for it and we will talk about it.Not a big catastrophe when it is not vandalism for sure.
It is allowed to smoke into or near by the house ( not in the landscape area) always having respect for the very dry summer days in the south and knowing about the danger almost a little fire could couse.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Heidi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
