Beautiful villa with perfectly secluded salt water pool in an exceptionally idyllic and tranquil location.

Quinta Bonita sits in acres of beautiful countryside within the picturesque Asseca Valley amid orange and olive groves with all within easy walking distance from the villa all within its own grounds.

The villa is surrounded by delightful paths and walkways with wild flower meadows atttacting rare birds and butterflies of all kinds where guests are freely able to walk as well as pick some fresh fruit from the quinta's own private orchard.

The villa has a large bright living area with an open fire place,60 " Smart TV and DVD player.

Wifi available.

Spacious country style kitchen/diner which is very well equipped and fitted with an American style fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser.

Lovely shaded alfresco breakfast/lunch area just off from the kitchen/diner for easy access.

There are three large air conditioned bedrooms of which three have ensuite facilities and with flat screen TVs.

All the rooms in the villa have french doors opening onto the gardens,terraces or balcony where there is a large sheltered seating/lounge space with stunning views of the valley and grounds.

There are also 4 hammocks on the large balcony just perfect for chilling and relaxing .

To the rear of the villa is the very private secluded BBQ/dining area which is overlooked by the elevated pool which is fenced and gated.

The villa is perfectly placed to visit all the attractions this beautiful region has to offer in this still relatively unspoilt part of the Eastern Algarve.

Tavira is the historic coastal town only a 10 minutes drive from the villa.

Here there is a huge choice of restaurants and bars,many along the pretty riverside.Excellent shopping within the modern plaza plus more traditional Portuguese shops in the charming town centre.

The glorious white sandy beaches can all be reached from Tavira by a short ten minute ferry ride and have a range of restaurants,cafe/bars and various games and safe play areas for the children with many having resident life guards.

There is a good selection of golf courses within the surrounding area as well as the more well known courses towards the west in Villamoura and Vale do Lobo.

Faro and the airport is thirty minutes drive to the west and the Spanish border thirty minutes drive to the east and well worth a visit.

Beaches and golf all available in the charming Spanish town of Ayamonte immediately across the border with tapas bars, restaurants and shopping in the pretty squares and dotted around the marina.

We have two sports mountain bikes available for hire ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

We also have a pushchair available to guests for hire.

2 highchairs free of charge.

Change over days normally Saturday/Sunday but flexible so please enquire.

All towels and linen provided apart from beach towels which can be hired €5 per week.

A deposit will be required to secure booking.

Breakages deposit of €300 cash required on arrival refundable on satisfactory inspection of property on departure day.
