Located in a very nice private condominium, but at the same time close to the city center, the apartment is perfect for those who want to explore the Algarve. T3 (capacity for 6 people), composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 of them in suite (WC with whirlpool bath), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony. 1 WC with Shower cabin. 1 large living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 large balcony with barbecue and table for 6 people. Given its ability, it can become quite economical if shared with family or friends. It is located in a noble area of Tavira, very beautiful and quiet .. Quinta da Pegada. Just bring only clothes and personal belongings. It has: Crockery and linen, towels, iron, TV in the living room (with Parabolic Antenna). Fully equipped kitchen: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Electric Hob, Ceramic hob, Exhaust Fan, Microwave, Large fridge-freezer with drawers for freezing. Video entry system, Electric shutters, Double glazing and mirror, Central Vacuum; Close to the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the beautiful beaches and incredible golf courses, you will certainly have no shortage of programs to enjoy yourself. The center of Tavira is just 5 minutes away. We suggest you take a stroll through the city, the bridges, admiring the river, and climb to the castle where you have a magnificent panoramic view of the city and the beach. Varied offer of restaurants (traditional and international cuisine) and good cultural programming throughout the year. Do not miss this experience!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mónica Dias (the owner) a message.

If Mónica Dias (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
