elegantly renovated apartment, bright warm and welcoming with many comforts.

It consists of two large rooms. spacious bathroom with bath shower and bidet.

exclusive access, to use barbeque area reserved for guests, open kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove and oven. Large garden with olive and fruit trees.

L 'in direction southwest of the house offers magnificent sunsets over the vineyards, the medieval abbey of Badia of Morrona and the hills to Pisa and to the Apuan Alps.

The consumption and a weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price.

We are located 9 km from Casciana Terme where possible hydrotherapy, whirlpool and spa treatments.

In less than an hour's drive you can have easy access to many cities of art and fascinating medieval bporghi as Volterra, San Gimignano, the Versilia, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

You can reach us in 15 minutes by car from 'Pontedera' output of the FI-PI-LI.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
