Whether you're staying for a few weeks or a few days, you'll feel your cares and pressures slip away as you pull into the driveway of The Beach House to begin your beach break or holiday. This is the perfect cottage for those on a budget looking for affordable, comfortable, family-friendly accommodation. It is an original older-style family beach cottage, with a spacious shady garden for lazy lunches or classic summer barbies.

With three bedrooms, and cosy but comfortable lounge and dining, it's the perfect base for a week (or more) at the beach, or a quick weekend escape. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, Bedroom 3 with bunk beds and two single beds. Linen not provided. Lounge with flat screen TV and DVD. Well equipped kitchen. The Beach House is an easy 270m flat walk to North Avoca beach - at the end of the road - and a equally easy wander along an adjacent road or the beach itself to the patrolled surf area.

The garden is partially fenced and dogs are welcome. While we like pets coming to stay, we like it even better if they can be gentle with the local wildlife if at all possible.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indies Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

This property is let for holiday purposes only and each booking is subject to our Terms and Conditions. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
