This small spa resort comprises 6 2-storey blocks with underground parking built in landscaped gardens with stunning waterfall around delightful large outdoor pool, with plenty of free sunbeds & parasols, & very popular cafe bar which provides good food & drinks at fair prices + free wifi, satellite TV (including British football to keep the males of the species happy), board games, pool, etc. & some evening entertainment at the height of the season.
The air-conditioned groundfloor apartment is furnished to a high standard. The open plan living & dining area leads onto the furnished balcony which opens onto a larger, very peaceful communal area with a view of the waterfall. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, the master bedroom has a double bed, flat screen satellite TV & en-suite bathroom & has direct access to the balcony + there is a sofa & armchair that convert to comfortable beds to accommodate up to 3 more guests, making this a great apartment especially for a couple or a small family (a cot is available on request).
This location is peaceful yet close to cosmopolitan Larnaca & its' airport. YOUR HOLIDAY CAN BE AS LAIDBACK OR AS BUSY AS YOU LIKE - this is a great resort to spend time with loved ones & as a centre to explore Cyprus's many attractions - Cyprus is worth visiting any time of the year with its fantastic sunny climate. It is also a great base for special interest groups including ornithologists, divers & watersports enthusiasts, cyclists, golfers, skiiers, archaeologists, walkers/hikers, horse-riders,etc.

The apartment is in a great location on the ground floor with a view of the waterfall & the kiddies' pool. We enjoyed being able to dine on the large terrace every day & being able to stroll over to the bar which had a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The complex was very clean with attractive greenery. Plenty of sunbeds & parasols (free) & space in which to sunbathe. The apartment itself had a modern interior, well-equipped kitchen with washing machine which was much appreciated. We hired a car which gave us easy access to Larnaca incl. Mackenzie Beach (Blue Flag) which was quite upmarket, had lots going on including live music, cafes,bars, restaurants & clubs (which my son enjoyed). It was easy to visit all parts of the island by car & my son had no trouble using the local bus service & taxis to get in & out of Larnaca even very late at night.. Can't speak highly enough of the apartment complex & the bar & its' staff - everybody we met was so friendly & helpful & the free wifi, board games & satellite TV (sport) were great for my son. We also found the bar prices very reasonable incl. for some good snacks & meals & enjoyed the varied entertainment that was put on there some evenings.

This studio apartment is well situated within the complex, very close to a lovely pool and handy for the bar which serves reasonable "pub" food. It has its own patio (with shaded area) and is well equipped for a self catering holiday. There is a cool, shaded area in which to park the car, which in the heat of Cyprus is most useful and the apartment itself is air-conditioned although we didn't really need it despite very hot temperatures. There is a small but private bedroom and a double bed-setee which was perfectly comfortable. There are a couple of places to eat in Tersafenou - the main bar which, whilst basic served good local food with good service. Try also the main Taverna but check opening times. The Elysian Fields Spa Resort is about half an hours easy drive from Larnaca Airport. We were there birdwatching and there are excellent areas between Meneyou and the coast as far along as the Airport perimeter fence.

How do damage deposits work?
